Neighbouring Toronto’s beloved High Park and located near the intersection of Bloor St. West and Keele, LAC is independent senior living at its best.
LAC maintains two 6-story buildings: 1709 Bloor St. West and 515 Parkside Dr.
1709 Bloor St. West offers bachelor, one and two bedroom units, while 515 Parkside offers bachelor and one bedroom units only.
LAC is a seniors-only residence. To be eligible for residency you must be at least 59 years of age, and able to live independently.
LAC is an unassisted living complex offering a number of amenities including an exercise room, a library, laundry facilities, a recreation room, as well as an activity center where exercise programs, dance classes, ping pong, darts, card games and other social events are hosted, including some congregate dining opportunities run by community partners. We are a smoke-free environment (no smoking is permitted in the buildings, units, balconies or common areas or within 9 meters of the buildings.)
Thank you for your interest in LAC housing opportunities. While LAC provides housing at two levels of rent, market value and subsidized, each level of rent has its own application and LAC only manages the market rent applications directly.
If you are interested in securing a market value rent level unit, click on the download button below for an application or you can obtain one through the LAC Administrative Offices. Please submit the application to the Administrative Offices, with all required financial verification. Once qualification is determined, you will be placed on our waiting list.
